Used 1968 Chevrolet C20 for sale in Preston , MO

1968 Chevy 3/4 ton 4X4 350 4 speed manual transmission. Has 4 wheel disk brakes new 35 x 12.5 x 16 tires on aluminum wheels. The 4 wheel drive works perfect, lockout hubs lock in and out easy, transfer case shifts into all gears easily, transmission goes into all gears good, clutch seems good, new dual exhaust sounds awesome, I was very impressed how truck runs and drives especially for a 51 year old truck. Driving down a gravel road it does not rattle and shake like the one I used to own 30 years ago. Drove it 70 miles to my brothers farm to store and it drove good. Already gets lots of looks. This truck could be a driver with minimal work or is a very solid start on a really nice rebuild. All glass is good, door windows roll up and down and wings work. All lights, wipers, and horn work, starts easy, sits and idles perfect. Motor sounds and runs good but does have exhaust and oil leak. The guy I bought it from says it was rebuilt but he didn’t have paperwork to prove the work.I believe it would pass inspection for licensing as is or very minimal work I’m sure. Spare parts: 2 doors both with good glass and hardware, 2 fenders 1 good 1 not so good, 1 hood. Overall I would say this truck is solid mechanically short of oil and exhaust leak. I have moved away from Missouri and do not have time to work on it like I hoped. My brother has agreed to store and show it for me. I will entertain reasonable offers but please, serious inquiries only.
