Used SUV BMW 5x 3 0i AS-IS Starts Only English & Arabic - cars & for sale in San Antonio, TX

BMW 5x 3.0i AWD for sale As-is (Starts only). Issues are listed:
Back passenger & Driver power window not operational
Driver handle doesn't open from outside, use back driver to open from the inside
Power steering / power train issue - steering wheel locks at random times, difficult to turn steering wheel.

I no longer want to continue to repair this vehicle, so I'm selling it AS-IS / Parts/For repair.
Car will start, but steering issue makes it hazardous to drive.
Inside is still in great condition, Sunroof still operates, leather seats aren't cracked.
I recently paid to repair the windows and the air conditioner, however two of the windows (as listed above) failed, and now it has a power steering issue, hence my reason to sell it.

Price is $1500 / OBO.
