Used 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for sale in Jefferson, WI

When it comes to muscle cars, 1970 is one of the greatest years for both styling and performance. As an Oldsmobile fan and a lover of a white interior, this snazzy Cutlass attracted me. It was built and spent much of its life in California. The body and floors are rust-free. It has been driven and enjoyed. The odometer reads just under 89,000 miles. I have no proof that this is actual mileage. The car displays quite a bit of originality under the hood and within the interior. So perhaps that is the correct mileage? The color scheme is correct to the Trim Tag. As a WI Badger, it couldn’t get any better for me! And I have to say that it looks quite attractive, especially with the white letter tires on the Magnum 500 wheels. The 350 Rocket V8 starts and runs great. It is not smoking or burning oil. The THM350 transmission shifts properly. You will be amazed at what a pleasant driver this car is. The 2.56 rear end gear ratio allows for low rpm cruising and decent fuel economy. We drove it over 200 miles on a hot day and it didn’t miss a beat. This car is equipped with power steering and brakes. The fronts are disc. It has Air Conditioning, Power top and Modern stereo with USB cable. The top was recently replaced. There is a folder of documented maintenance that tells about recent brakes, suspension replacement, front end work, recent tires and new battery. The exhaust was replaced. The car was serviced the day before I bought it. We have safety inspected it. The heater fan is not working. The Air Conditioner seems to be. It engages and compresses. The line gets cold. Otherwise, all features, lights and gauges work properly. There is a spare tire and complete jack in the trunk. The doors lock via the key. The repaint was likely by MAACO, or a similar low budget shop. It isn’t that the finish is poor, but the masking was not so good. There is quite a bit of overspray and paint smear on the rubber weather-strips and around the edges of trim pieces. Nothing that is hideous or even noticeable without close inspection. I am certain this was not a high dollar respray. All glass is good. The trim is good, with some pieces showing some light pitting. The bumpers are nice. The top is very nice. The floors and trunk floor are amazing. There is a new mat in the trunk. This is a very nice car to drive. I would classify it as a nice driver. You won’t be embarrassed taking it to a show, either. I believe it could drive you anywhere you wish to go. I hope it does just that.
