One of the past presidents of the local Veterans Car Club members downsized and does not have room any more for his little prize and asked us to assist him in selling it. He drove it on many of the tours and cruises so we know she is a dependable one. I was amazed at the undercarriage as it is solid as can be. One can see the original red oxide primer showing in some areas. The more I look at this car the more I like it. I never really noticed all the cool features and design. Check out the quad headlights like the 58-62 Corvette, the tail lights favor an early 70's Vette, the double hump dash favors the Corvette too. I love the dual exhaust and dual carbs and it has a neat sound. From what I read it appears only about 20% were convertibles. This is a great little car for family enjoyment and a low amount of money to buy a classic convertible. The paint is nice, the old girl runs well the interior shows some signs of age but still presents herself very well.
