Sunnyside Chevrolet of Elyria, Ohio in conjunction with Greg's Sports, Classic, & Muscle is proud to offer for sale this beautiful 1961 MGA 1600. Having benefitted from a ground up restoration this is one great looking MGA. Many times, you see these cars with a nice coat of paint and very little has been done with the rest of the car- unfinished engine compartment, underside and so on. That's certainly not the case here. Just check out the photos to see that this A is a very nice car that would fare well at most any car show. The engine compartment is done to a very nice level, the underside is restored to a very nice level, the dash board and interior are all restored very nicely- when we talk about the little things and the details are always where the differences are- as an example the dashboard is beautifully finished out in this car with great paint and all nice trim- not some old trim that was simply cleaned up and put back in place- it's the details. The exterior has a very nice coat of paint, the chrome is all very good- once again nothing was just slapped on to "get it done". The side curtains are present and new and most likely never mounted on the car (they are side curtains who uses them), the top is in great/new condition as is the tonneau cover. Even the top bows, or hood sticks if you will, have been cleaned, prepped and nicely painted. While not a perfect concours car it's not being priced or sold as one- its not a pure trailer queen but not something that would simply be termed a "driver either". The car comes with two choices as far as pricing- 34900 with the painted wire wheels and tires or simply add $1600 for the chrome wheels with the fresh proper sized bias ply's for the correct look and driving experience.
