Used 1956 Ford Country Squire for sale in East Peoria, IL

This is an excellent clone of a 1956 Ford Country Squire wagon with modern power and driveability. The body is in excellent condition with no dings or rust anywhere. Painted wood grain on the sides has been redone, and is in excellent condition. The stainless trim and glass are in excellent condition. All chrome has been refinished. Black finish is in good condition. An A/C compressor has been installed, but the A/C is not functional. This wagon has had a complete power train upgrade starting with a warmed over 428 FE big block Ford engine. Modifications include a .030 overbore, mild Comp Cam with adjustable rockers, new Edelbrock aluminum heads, Edelbrock aluminum high rise manifold, and Edelbrock 600 cfm carburetor. Cobra LeMans open letter valve covers. Billet Specialties serpentine system with polished A/C compressor, and power steering with remote reservoir. Transmission is a rebuilt Ford C6 with added shift kit. Black powder coated rear end is a new Currie 9" Ford with 31 spline axles and Explorer disc brakes. Front disc brakes on 2" dropped spindles with 15x7 front wheels and 235/60/15 BFG TA's. 15x8 rear wheels with 255/70/15 BFG Radial TA's. Wheels are steel with polished stainless steel trim rings and dog dish hubcaps. Interior is black vinyl and red fabric, including headliner, and sun visors. This is a rock solid drive anywhere car!
