Saturday, Oct. 22nd - 10:00 a.m. Gates open at 8:30 a.m. at 101 Charleston St. (Capital Towing). Selling 46 abandoned/unclaimed cars, vans, Ford F-700 flatbed, pickups, SUV's, 1 motorcycle, for the Lincoln Police Dept.

Following vehicle (46 scheduled) and bicycle (50 scheduled) auction at around 11:30 a.m., we will sell the following: Milwaukee Packout boxes, Dewalt, Ryobi, Hyper Tough and Black & Decker power tools, chain saws, hedge trimmers, cordless circular saw, angle grinder, blower fan, sockets, hand tools, Mig welder, new tow chains, Dremel rotary grinder, 2 Igloo coolers, angle grinders, new floor jack, Maddox tester kit, pickup tool box, and more.

Collectibles: Redwing 4 gal. and McComb & Stoneman 3 gal. crocks, hundreds of MLB baseball and NFL football cards, coins, hundreds of comic books (sell last).

Everything sells at auction Saturday, nothing prior. Most do not have keys and they are not started, however, locksmiths are on the scene. There are absolutely NO GUARANTEES, except a good title. Any with a salvage title will be noted. Mileage on cars less than 10 years old will state NOT ACTUAL on the title. Please, no personal vehicles allowed onto the impound lot. Tow trucks and vehicles with vehicle trailers are allow.

TERMS: Cash, local check, or card (2.5% surcharge for card purchases) - Payment by 12:00 Noon auction date. Titles given out at the auction in most cases. Notice: Anyone purchasing a vehicle they currently own will be required to pay cash, no checks, no card. Open to the public and NO BUYERS COMMISSION.

REMEMBER: ALL VEHICLES, BICYCLES, OR PROPERTY SHOWN ON THIS WEBSITE FOR THE LINCOLN POLICE DEPT. AUCTION ARE SUBJECT TO PRIOR CLAIM BY THE OWNER IF THEY PAY TOWING, IMPOUND FEES AND ANY RELATED CHARGES UP UNTIL THE VEHICLE TITLE IS PUT IN THE CITY’S NAME, AND THUS, WOULD NOT BE ON THE AUCTION.

THIS MEANS THAT ONCE THE VEHICLE TITLE HAS BEEN PUT IN THE CITY OF LINCOLN'S NAME IT IS TOO LATE TO CLAIM IT. HOWEVER, THE OWNER CAN BUY BACK HIS/HER VEHICLE AT THE AUCTION - CASH ONLY PAYMENT.
