Used 2011 Chevy Tahoe - Loaded (LTZ) for sale in Essex Junction, VT

This truck is strong and has every bell and whistle. Good ownership history too: I purchased in Oct. 2020 with 118,000 miles and have invested a fair amount (see below). I'm a 53-year-old Dad who is religious about maintenance. One previous owner - an older woman who drove it as her personal vehicle, but it was owned by her husband's electrical contracting company and was maintained as a fleet vehicle. It has a 5.3 liter V-8 that purrs, smooth transmission, clean interior. If taken care of, I think this truck easily has another 100,000 miles in it.

Since I purchased I've done the following:
Replaced struts and shocks
Replaced ball joints
Replaced front right wheel bearing
Replaced brake rotors, and pads (ceramic)and front brake callipers
Replaced tires (less than a year old)
Changed Front and Rear Differential fluid
Replaced rear diff gasket
Replaced serpentine belt and tensioner pulley
Lanoline-based undercoat treatment

Known flaws:
Scratch in plastic body molding, right rear (possibly somone keyed?)
scuffs on front bumper, both corners
Disconnected wire to rear window defroster (no icing issues)
Some surface rust under paint in a couple of locations - none larger than a quarter
Random light scratches in clear coat in various places - consitent with mileage and age
Worn spot on driver's seat - no tear.
Missing mud guard on right rear wheel well

Heated leather driver and front passenger seat
DVD player with drop-down screen in back (never used as I can tell)
Power windows, power sun and moon roof
Factory roof rack with cross beams
Remote start, remote rear door opener
Cupholders everywhere
Removable third row seats (brand new condition)

Why am I selling?
I bought this thinking I would be towing my motorcycle around the country, but only ended up doing one trip to Virginia. Now I occasionally tow a utlity trailer to the dump; but we just bought a RAV4 that can do that. Most of the miles I've put on it are from driving my boys back and forth to school in West Virgina a few times a year, and trips to Western Mass where my family has some land. Previous owner reported she made frequent trips to Boston in it for cancer treatments, so a large number of the miles are highway miles. This truck is under utilized and with two college educations to pay for, it's time to liquidate. It will break my heart though, because this is a great vehicle that is super comfy on roadtrips and gets surpisingly decent highway mileage (if I drive gentle I can usually get better than 20 mpg).
