Real life -
I’ve owned this van for 4 years. It came from Arizona. I built out the interior 2 separate times. The 2nd one being the one featured here. I lived in it full time for 2 years and an additional summer. I was warm for both winters and had no issues getting around in pretty nasty conditions. The electrical system is great and met my needs no problem, even without solar. The Sterling Power unit and the 120 amp alternator make a great team. Plus, the electrical loads are minimal (lights, fridge, water pump).
This van has been my baby and the only need for selling is because I no longer want to commute in it, nor do I want to just park it in storage. I’d prefer to sell it to finish out my schooling.
Some things I’ll be doing before I sell it (included in price):
100k service, oil change, and transmission fluid flush (all done at the dealership).
Install remote temperature sensor for Webasto heater
Replace water heater ( I popped it last winter because I forgot to winterize it)
Paint touch ups
Replace a few floor planks
Minor touch ups and adjustments to drawers and cabinets
Shampoo the seats
