This is a very nice 2004 Volvo S80 sedan . . . this is a very nice running & driving vehicle. It is a ONE OWNER vehicle . . .that was clearly well maintained . . . . I think its a very nice car . . .

The color is a very nice silver / gray color with bone leather interior . . .it looks as if it had never been smoked in (lighter & ashtray both look never used) . .the interior is VERY nice and clean . . .just beautiful . . . . . . engine runs well and the car drives very well . . . the transmission shifts as it should. . .(it's too cold to test the air-conditioning) . . .but the the heat is nice and warm . . .it is VERY difficult to find good used cars these days . . . we are very fortunate to have this vehicle to offer to you . . .

its powered by a 2.5 L five-cylinder turbocharged engine . . it has loads of power . . . the manuals and books are in the glove box . . .the car comes with THREE multi function keys (I think they all work) and one regular key.

Thank You again for looking at our auction, we try to describe our vehicles in the most open and honest way we can,we always attempt to disclose any issues we know . . .we obtain most of the vehicles we post on Clearing House Auctions are from the estates we do . . . some come from private consignors, banks, charities . . .this car was donated to a national charity and we acquired it from the charity . . .

There is a factory in-dash (literally) that electronically slides up out of the dash (see photos) and is operated with remote . . . we have the remote (but we have not tested it) . . . this was a VERY expensive option at the time.

I know you will be quite impressed with this beautiful vehicle . . . this is a very nice car that shows very well . . . but please keep in mind this car is not brand new . . . its an older used car with just over 140K miles . . .while this Volvo S80 is in great condition . . . you will find MINOR dings, dents, scrapes, scratches, flaws, minor leaks, squeaks, rattles, drips, drops, rust, chips & touch up paint here and there there as well as other flaws & imperfections . . . .again . .ALL MINOR . . .NO GLARING DEFECTS. . . .a few other minor issues to mention . . .the drivers window does not work . . .there are paint chips and a small crack on the front spoiler / air dam . . . there is a ding on the middle of the hood (inside out) . . . one minor accident on CarFax . . .the leather on the emergency brake handle is flawed . . .and lastly . . .on he roof rails the clear coat is flawed. . . none of these items are a big issue.

This beautiful Volvo S80 shows 143k miles on it . . .on that subject . . .there is a slight issue with miles . . .if you google "2005 Volvo S80 / V40 mileage stopped" (and many other models) . . .its a VERY VERY common issue . . .its some module (does not seem expensive) . . .I know this because when this module goes bad. . . .the air bag light comes on an the messages "brake failure" and "engine service requires" appear in the info screen . . . this car we has those messages (meanwhile it stops perfectly and runs perfectly) thats how I know . . .the mileage stopped at 143,666 in 2020 . . .the owner drove the car about 7,500-8,500 miles per year (so it might have another 10k on it ? as we are only a month in 2022) . . . now remember this is a ONE owner car . . .so figure they maintained the same driving habits (actually as you get older you drive less and less) . . . according to CarFax it had 135k in 2015 . . . so it cant be THAT far off . . .
