Used 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse GT for sale in Bellingham, WA

This car has been restored to running, but I have ran out of time / motivation.
we will be moving and I cant take this car with me.

I live in Bellingham but the car is in Mount Vernon.

I have replaced timing belt, 2 valves, brakes and rotors, wheels; powder coated, tires, gaskets, piston rings, headlights / fog lights, drivers side fender, water pump.

There is still more work to be done, but it is in running shape and will drive around town.

it has 198406 miles on it but rebuild was done less then 100 miles prior.

parts included, drive shafts, extra wheels, gaskets, sub / amp, 2 oil changes worth of filters / oil, headlight, clutch disk, water pump, air paint sprayer.

current issues that I am aware of.

Leak in coolant, I think its just a hose fitting.
when its been running for awhile there is a burning smell, I assume thats from the coolant.
door fob does not work, it was not to long ago could just be a dead fob battery.
a little hard to shift, thats why there is a clutch disk.
squeaky brakes, it has been sitting to long they just need cleaned.
