Vehicle Description
Here is a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis in good condition with 159,000 miles on the engine. I don’t know how many miles are on the transmission, as I replaced it a few years back. It is a V-8 with RWD. This car is great for work or school or just driving around town. It has been very reliable for me, and always starts and runs well. I am selling the car because I already bought a pickup to replace it.
This car has an automatic transmission, rear wheel drive, power seats, and power locks and windows.
It does have a few issues. The A/C doesn’t work. The vent always blows warm air. The glass is all good, but the body shows the general effects of being a 20 year old car. There are minor scratches here and there, and a few hail dimples, but no significant body damage. There is some rust on the front wheel wells, as shown in the photos. The wheel on the passenger front side is the spare. Some sweet little old lady ran me off the road a while back, blowing out the tire and damaging the wheel. I’ve kept the damaged parts, as the wheel still has the original hub cap on it.
My asking price is $1,100 dollars. I will accept payment in cash only, with no trades. I don’t want help in selling this vehicle.
