Vehicle Description
Selling a project 1982 VW Rabbit Convertible. Good restore project, would not take much to drive around town now. Purchased this to restore but I wont be able to get to it for a while. 1.7 Gas Engine. No Leaks. Starts and drives but no muffler. Was hit at one time drivers side front but does not seem to affect the driving condition. Back convertible top below the window is ripped. Little rust on the back passenger side. I have the front grill out and the dash but have all the parts to put it back together. If I have time, I will be putting it back. I dont really want to sell it, but if someone is willing to purchase and enjoy it I will let it go. These are getting harder to find. Do to missing muffler and not driven for a while, I would recommend hauling it out. Odometer is reading 176,669 but not sure if it has rolled. Asking $2,000 firm.
